NICOLE BRUGGER · CEO & FOUNDER
OUR STORY
With more than 15 years of international professional experience spanning luxury hospitality, high-end customer service, business management, project management, and executive support, Nicole brings a broad perspective to Magna Assistants.
She studied Hotel Management and International Business Management in Geneva, Switzerland, and holds a Project Management Institute (PMI) project management certification.
Nicole worked internationally in luxury hotels and later supported senior executives in sectors including commodity trading and online banking. More than 13 years living and working in Switzerland shaped her approach, centred on precision, discretion, organisation, reliability, and exceptional standards of service. These principles became the foundation of Magna Assistants.
